A: Survivor SportFloor is made from recycled tires and process is very clean so it has a low VOC score and won’t smell after it heats up. It will tolerate the heat well but could get warm to the touch

A: Assuming you mean the type of heating with the tubes running across the floor then yes.
If you are using an adhesive to permanently affix, make sure that the adhesive is ok with the heat.
