A:  Mine just came, and disappointed that the dusting brush as stated in the Specifications was not included. Plus, the pic color of the vacuum conflicts with the Specification info too.

A:  I don't know but maybe there is something suck in the hose. try checking the entire hose from the bottom (floor) to the top

A:  Shark Navigator Lift-Away DLX Vacuum Cleaner can be used on luxury vinyl plank flooring.

A:  I used it on real wood so vinyl will be fine.

A:  To use the attachments on the end of the handle, you would press the handle release button located on the back of the handle, then attach your desired accessory. To use the attachments on the end of the wand, you would press the wand release button located on the back of the wand, then attach your desired accessory.

A:  You have to remove the tube that runs down to the base and put it in the opposite way, it then becomes the wand. I hope that makes sense. That's the only way I can explain it. It's in the instructions.
