A:  You shouldn't cause any problems. Basically all you are doing is top seeding. I would wait till your new seed is well established before fertilizing again, though.

A:  Wait to apply Scotts Turf Builder Weed & Feed 3 to your new grass until after the 4th cutting of the new grass. Grass is considered established when it has grown enough to be mowed (1/3 of the grass blade cut) 4 times. To apply anytime earlier risks damaging your new grass due to the weed control.

A:  Scotts Turf Builder Weed and Feed contains fertilizer and a post emergent weed control. Scotts Step 3 is just fertilizer.

A:  Scotts® Turf Builder® Bonus® S Southern Weed & Feed2 is for use on St. Augustinegrass (including Floratam), Centipedegrass, Zoysiagrass, and Carpetgrass. Do NOT apply to Bermudagrass.

A:  You must wait 6 - 8 weeks after the application of Scotts Turf Builder Weed & Feed to apply another fertilizer.

A:  Cut first. Best if applied on damp lawn so the product attaches to weed leaves. And then need a decent amount of rain within a week max I’d say or water it in, but cutting while any product is visible is not advised.

A:  BigDog, Scotts Turf Builder Weed & Feed needs to set on the lawn undisturbed for approximately 24 hours before it is watered in. After 24 hours water the lawn and allow the grass to dry before the lawn is mowed as this will help prevent displacement of the product.

A:  As with all pets, You should limit their exposure to the treated areas for 24 hours. Suggest wiping their feet after contact with treated lawn.

A:  Remove pets from the area before applying Scotts Turf Builder Weed & Feed. While area can be reentered immediately, it is recommended to stay out of area for 24 hours so that the herbicide can be absorbed through the weed leaves. After the 24 hours it is recommended to water the product into the lawn and allow it to dry before reentry.

A:  Put it on your yard and wait a couple hours to let your dog out, I limit my dogs time in the yard for the first couple of days, I have always had dogs and never had a problem.

A:  Scotts Turf Builder Weed & Feed can be used on a zoysia lawn.

A:  Scotts Turf Builder Weed & Feed should be applied when wildlife is least active to lawn areas only. Water the lawn as soon as possible once the 24 hours is up.
