A:  Hi Monica, thank you for reaching out! This may be hazing or blushing from the application of the clear top coat, and typically is due to the clear being applied a bit too heavily on a section. Wiping this spot with denatured alcohol can sometimes wick the moisture out and clear up the hazy clear coating. If that does not solve the issue, lightly sand to remove the clear in this area, then recoat with a light application of the top coat. Make sure the waterproofing product is suitable for use on floors and considered a paintable product. A:  Hi Kassie, our Rust-Oleum Home Floor Coating Base Coat and Top Coat both cover 300-400 ft² per gallon. One coat of Base Coat is all that is needed for most applications, though we do recommend two coats for our Ultra White color.
