You will need to look at your original balances to see if there are plastic guides at the top and bottom of the balance. These parts need to be identified correctly so they can be installed when the balances are ordered. Please see an associate at the Millworks department. Bring in your original balances with you. The associate will need to call Prime-Line Customer Service to get you pricing and availability.
