A:  The Pinecroft 30x80 Traditional Mirror bifold is made to fit into a finished opening of 30x80. The door is made nominally smaller to fit into the door way and to allow for installation, hardware, etc. The actual door would measure 29.5w x 78.625h.

A:  The Pinecroft Traditional Mirror Bifold comes with all hardware needed for installation. There is a top track that gets installed into the door header and also an L-shaped jamb bracket that gets installed into the floor and door jamb on the stationary side of the doorway. There is no other bottom track necessary.

A:  You would need to frame out your opening so that it squared. There isn't a way to adjust the bifold doors to operate with uneven openings.
