While these tiles are chemical resistant, the adhesive used to attach the mosaic chips to the mesh is water soluble. A:  Hey There, This tile is suitable for floor use. High gloss tiles can be used on the floor depending on their PEI rating. While a matte tile typically has a better slip resistance, in some instances it will not. This tile is marginally skid resistant, making it safe for floor and normal shower floor use. We are expecting our next shipment of this product to arrive in our warehouse the week of October 31, 2016. When it arrives back in stock it will be viewable for purchase within 48 hours. One suggestion for speeding up the process would be to place a special order in your local Home Depot store with a flooring associate in the flooring department. This way, the product can ship within 2 business days of arriving in our warehouse. Keep in mind when ordering another batch of tile that the tile between the two orders will not match exactly because they were not produced at the same time. We would recommend scattering them throughout the other product or putting them on the floor where they are less noticeable if you have not started installing the first batch yet. A:  Hello There, This tile is great to use on a pool waterline! This tile absorbs little to no water and is frost resistant. This tile is also chemical resistant, making it safe for pool chemicals. This tile is manufactured in Thailand. As for the warranty, as the distributor we only offer a warranty on the products for delivery. You can call and set up a claim if there is damaged tile in transit, but this should be done when the product arrives at the home.
