A: Locks are designed not to work with other keys. The company that made the box, might be able to help.. Also a good locksmith will be able to get you a key that will work for you. Both of these things will cost you a few dollars. Always put your extra key in a different place from the one used every day.

A: I bought ten of these and some of the keys are interchangeable. If they were all the same you wouldn't have protection from the people who who have the same box.

A: Companies that make these cash boxes will have a few dozen different keys and locks that they will use repeatedly.
