A:  There is no way to attach the panels together unless you build it as designed.

A:  Yes, each bed is 4x4 separately.

A:  The size for each garden bed measures 4' W x 4' L.

A:  I grew vegetables in it for 2 years now. I have all of mine within a fenced section.

A:  Yes you can grow vegetables. The only attachment that we have for our garden beds are the frost covers.

A:  I believe it's 9 cubic feet, but you may want an extra bag. I stacked mine and calculated 18, but put in an extra 1.75 to top it off once it settled.

A:  This product uses approximately 8 cubic feet of soil.

A:  No. You might want the bottom open so that the plants have more depth to grow. If you want it closed you can use the weed barrier cloth. I used that at the top and at the bottom.

A:  It does not have a base.
