              A:  We regret the inconvenience this may have caused. According to page 21 of the owner’s manual, use the wrench that was included with the User Manual to adjust the bolt in the door hinge to adjust the height of the doors: counter-clockwise to raise, or clockwise to lower. These can be done individually so that one door can be realigned with the other.

                Q:When the doors and drawers are removed, there are drawer tracks that stick out making the overall depth 29 and 1/2 inch. Can these tracks be removed to allow for entry into a small doorway?

                A:  It is not recommended to remove the railing from inside the freezer. You may, however, push them back in, so that they do not stick out unnecessarily.

                    Q:Will the full width glide-n-serve drawer open if the refrigerator doors are opened only 90 degrees? or do the fridge doors have to be fully opened? The right hand door will not open beyond 90 degrees in the place where I want to instal the fridge. Thanks.

                    A:  I have the same issue with the left hand door. The full width drawer does open but not totally. Everythig is accessible but you will have to reach into the drawer. There will be an issue with removing the drawer for cleaning.
