      A:  If you check the Legend Valve website, the T/S-603 includes both a slip and threaded. This doesn't mean the Home Depot version includes both. See http://www.legendvalve.com/images/specsheets/20121115-S603-16541.pdf Legends website only lets you search for this model by searching for "603" and then picking the one you want. It also is a union joint on both ends, making it easy to use either of the included outboard fittings.

        A:  It comes with both glue and FPT fittings.

          A:  The valve comes both with FPT and slip fitting. It is schedule 40 and am not sure about 80. Lengends web site should tell you that.
