It is possible to install the sink by rotating it, however, be aware that the drain placement will be next to the user and further away from the faucet, also, the Kraus logo will not longer be visible by the user. This model sink is recommended to be installed into at least a 35" cabinet as this size will provide the best fit for the sink and mounting hardware. A:  Hi, our 32in sink did fit our 32 in cabinet. Sometimes the cabinet will measure slightly bigger than that as our cabinet did.. I suggest you have the cabinet measured to make sure. I hope that helps.

A:  Yes it's a typo. You can tell easily from the picture that the left to right width of the sink is the longer number. Inside diameter left to right is 30in and front to back is 17in.

That is a recommendation for maintaining the appearance of your sink, you can leave those items in your sink of course, however sometime those items can leave behind debris or deposits on the surface that you will then have to go back and clean of the surface. We do not recommend this type of sink be installed into a laminate counter as the material usually is not capable of supporting the weight of the sink.
