A: Depressing and holding the button provides a boost in flow.
A: It has a pause button, no boost.I've had it about a year and love it!
A: Hi Ma, this is Sarah with Kohler Customer Service. I'm glad to answer your question. This product features a three-function pull-down sprayhead with touch-control. This allows you to switch between stream, Sweep® spray, and Boost technology. Thank you for choosing Kohler.
A: It has two buttons on the spray head. One is a rocker type switch for normal or sweeping spray operation. The other round button is a pause botton that stops the flow when you depress it.
A: Yes it has a a pause button. I purchased mine last year. However it does not have a red/blue sticker for hot and cold. I cant tell you how many people ask me about which way is hot which is cold.
A: Hi Linda, this is Sarah with Kohler Customer Service. I'm glad to answer your question. This product features a 1.5 gpm (5.7 lpm) maximum flow rate at 60 psi (4.14 bar). Thank you for choosing Kohler.
A: Either, or maybe more or less than that. Depends upon your water pressure
A: Different states or regions can require 1.5, or 1.8 gpm. It is a regional issue. Matters not since the difference is 3 tenths of a gallon in one min. The force of the spray is good on both since the velocity of the spray is high due to the good design of the faucet ... The aerator should say on it in fine print as well the box should be marked. The state you live in should tell you the max flow allowed as well the plumbing code the state has adopted should say as well.
A: Yes, it’s been kind of a lemon though, the cartridge in the handle had to be replaced in the first year and it’s starting to leak again, I’ve had to replace the internal hose and after two and half years the buttons that control the spray nossle is not working completely
A: Yes, we bought two, both installed as granite one-hole installation without base plate.
A: Yes, that’s how I have mine installed.
A: Yes. The plate is optional and only included in case your sink needs extra holes hidden.
A: Hi Fuzz, this is Sarah with Kohler Customer Service. I'm glad to answer your question. Yes, this faucet can be installed in a single hole (without the escutcheon plate). Thank you for choosing Kohler.
A: yes, there is a screen in the end of the faucet, that can be removed for cleaning.
A: Nope! If you take the unit apart, you won't be happy with the resulting mess. I highly recommend putting a filter on the incoming lines. We have soft water at our house, so cleaning filters is a not necessary!
A: I do not think there is a filter or screen on this unit. I’ve never disassembled mine, but there no mention of one in the parts list. If you have a low flow issue it’s likely in the diverter valve or the spray nozzle. Go to the Kohler website customer service troubleshooting for help in dealing with a flow issue.

A: I had this faucet for a couple of years and this year it did start leaking. What I found was that the hose to the sprayer was loose and once I tightened its been fine. Remember, you can call Kohler customer service and they will help you with any Kohler product.
A: I have not encountered “the leaking hose problem” with mine, which I’ve had since December 2016. I’ve lived in my house for 40 years, and have replaced the kitchen faucet 3 times, with the Koehler being the most recent unit I have installed. The original faucet did not have a pull-out nozzle. The first replacement was a Moen pull-out, and eventually the hose failed. That was replaced by a Glacier Bay pull-out, and after a few years that hose failed, and I replaced it with the current Koehler. The moral of the story: eventually all hoses fail. The reason I went with the Koehler is that they are better about having replacement parts. Although one may experience otherwise.
A: I have not had any problem with the hose leaking.
A: Have had mine for over a year and no problems.
A: I have never had a leaking problem. The customer service was great I had a problem and they sent the part over night. Remember they r guaranteed lifetime. not cost to you
A: I had the same concerns. But we've had it for over a year and have had no problems. Even my husband says he loves it.
A: Hi, this is Laura with Kohler Co. I am happy to assist you with your question. Every faucet will need maintenance as some point; please call our Customer Care Center at 1-800-456-4537 (M-F, 8am-5pm CST) should you need assistance with your faucet. Thank you for choosing Kohler.
A: I have seen a baseplate, the faucet, and a clear plastic bag having the nut to hold faucet to counter top, a hose weight, and the optional bolts to the baseplate. What more could be needed? Some boxes include a soap dispenser, other specific models do not.
A: Everything to mount the faucet to your existing sink is included. You may need some additional hook up parts or adapters.
A: I purchased mine last year and it was complete with all mounting hardware, etc. This is an excellent product. However, To our disappointment, the "sweep sprayer" feature is totally useless. The fan spray design is cute but when using it to rinse off a dish under it, it splashes water out of the sink. It tries to mimic a pressure washer. Not good. The round conventional spray of lower velocity is preferred and more usable. What was Kohler thinking? I contacted Kohler about it but gott the usual corporate non-response. FRD
A: Take a look at the instructions. They will list (and have photos) all of the items that are supposed to be in the box. Just match them up. If the instructions list and have a photo of a part that is not in the box, you will know what is missing.

A: It comes with a deck plate, handles, supply lines, and escutcheon plate.
A: The hose comes pre-assembled inside the faucet tube. You do have to connect ends after the faucet unit is installed in the sink/countertop mounting holes, but that is simple. The hardest part is crawling under the sink in the cabinet but that part is the same for any faucet replacement. Pull down on the nozzle end and you can extend the hose. The nozzle end is held in place magnetically. The hose is installed with a small weight that retracts it when you return the nozzle to its stored position. Hope that makes sense. It is a nice unit, very handy to use.
A: Hi Pops, this is Sarah with Kohler Co. I'm glad to answer your question. Yes, this faucet includes all of the necessary hoses needed to install. Thank you for choosing KOHLER.
A: HI Bahrmade, this is Sarah with Kohler Customer Service. I'm glad to answer your question. Yes, this faucet comes with a 10-1/2" long escutcheon plate and can also be installed in a single hole (without using the included plate). Thank you for choosing KOHLER.
A: Yes, it comes with a mounting plate which covers the holes in the sinktop
A: Yes, it does.
A: Yes it does
A: I bought mine about two years ago and it works flawlessly. Mine came with a faucet plate, but I cannot say if a faucet plate is included today. (I did not use the one provided and had the faucet mounted directly onto the sink. PS: If you buy one, check that the installer uses the set-screw at the base, it's easy to miss.)
A: I bought my faucet two years ago and have not had any problems. Do not have info on warranty.
A: It should be lifetime. I installed mine in January of 2017 and they replaced a part twice with the most recent being January of 2019. They actually wanted to ship me a whole new faucet and not just the part. Great customer service!

A: No, it is all one piece except for the sweep spray which I absolutely love the range it gives.
A: No. The Gooseneck simply swivels. I don't remember what the full swivel radius is, but it does swivel more than 180 degrees.
A: I haven’t tried.
A: I'm not really sure. We installed this about 2 years ago. That being said, it didn't feel like it could, even though it swivels.
