A:  My spray nozzle and the pressure no longer work. Purchased in Spring if 2021. I’ve tried everything to break up the hard water in it but doesn’t seem to be that.

K-560 comes with a three function sprayhead; which allows you to switch between stream, sweep spray and boost technology. The sweep spray creates a wise, forceful blade of water for superior cleaning. Thank you for choosing Kohler.

A:  It is simply Kohler's name for the magnetic system that keeps the faucet outlet piece in place but allows the spout to be pulled down and used as a spray head.

A:  The pull-down sprayer "docks" into the curved spigot being held in place by a "magnet" until you need to pull it down for use.

A:  Yes. It can be installed on either side. The bottom part can be rotated so you can put the handle wherever you want. We installed ours so that the handle is in the middle so water from your hands drip more into the sink. You can also operate it with either hand that way.

A:  Yes, you can position the handle left or right or in the center. When I installed mine I positioned the handle in the center, easier that way for either hand to turn water on and off.

A:  I called Koehler direct and they sent me a new hose kit. at no cost!

A:  We had the same leaking problem with our hose. We ordered a replacement off of the Kohler website. It came pretty quickly and we were able to switch it out with the leaky one.

A:  Hi, this is Laura with Kohler Co. I am happy to assist you with your question. Yes; the Bellera may be installed for left-hand usage. Please be aware that the handle will curve in the opposite direction when the faucet is reversed. Thank you for choosing Kohler.

A:  I am left-handed and when I installed this faucet, I turned the on\off handle in the front, instead of to the side, this way I can use either hand to turn water on or off. Simple fix. :}

A:  Hmmm. Good question. The way it is made I don't see why it would not be possible to install it with the lever on the left side. The spout is free to rotate around the base.
