A:  Hi FYL, this is Sarah with Kohler Customer Service. I'm glad to answer your question. At this time, we do not make the Coralais towel bar in 20 inches. The standard towel bar sizes available are 18", 24" and 30". Thank you for choosing Kohler.

A:  My towel bar--purchased on-line from Home Depot--came with round mounting posts. They are the only ones shown on the HD website. They perfectly match the other Coralais accessories in my bathroom.

A:  I have the round one. I have never seen a rectangular one.

The change from a round wall plate to a rectangular wall plate is a rolling change with no difference in the appearance of the tissue holder. I am unable to advise which wall plate is in the package. A:  The mounting hardware is made of metal.

A:  The bar came with a template that centers the mounting plates 18" apart. I measured and drew a vertical center line on the template and made tiny holes in it where the screws will be centered. I found the center point of the wall on which I installed it. I used a torpedo level to line up the template with it, then I marked the pilot holes in pencil, through the tiny holes I'd made. The beveled mounting plates are now hidden behind the end of the bar. But they are about 3/4" W x 1 1/4" long (I'm not sure why that's relevant). The flared ends of the bar are about 2 1/2" in diameter. They extend from the wall about 3 1/2". Most important, this towel bar went up without a glitch.

K-13430 is installed using an anchor kit and the wall plate that the towel bar is attached to is inserted into the escutcheons and are not able to be seen once installation is complete.
