A:  Go to the kohler web site. They identify compatible accessories by model number I have used both the 8 inch and 10 inch rainfall shower heads

A:  Any standard shower head will work with this system.

A:  The answer is no, unless you want to stand up to operate the water when you are taking a bath because the valve can't be placed more than 33" from the shower arm and the recommended placement for the shower arm is 80" from shower floor. So that would put your water handle at 47" or almost 4 ft up the wall.

A:  I do not see why not. Go on the Kohler website or on YouTube and watch the installation process on both before you do it. This is a very tall rail.
