A:  According to google, yes. Up to 2 oz of colorant may be added per gallon.           Q:Can I use Kilz primer on a wall then apply drywall mud over it? I have a old wall that has wallpaper and mold. The wallpaper was removed and mold was cleaned but I want to seal it before putting a skim coat of mud can I use this beforehand?
