A:  Hi Heather, thank you for your question. As it turns out, we don't recommend our Kilz Mold & Mildew Primer for floors. Alternatively, you can use our Kilz 3 Premium Primer to prime the concrete. It can be used for floors as long as you'll be coating over that with a floor-traffic safe coating or have flooring installed. With that in mind, the Kilz Mold & Mildew Primer is not designed to provide a waterproofing finish, but it can be topcoated with waterproofing paint.
