A: You would have to order that separately. The bandsaw manufacturers don’t take custom orders for blades. Some new bandsaws don’t even come with a blade. I believe the Jet does, but it’s not going to be 3/4”. If you’re planning to use this blade for resawing, I would recommend the Laguna Resaw King blade, but it’s pricey.

A: Yes. I built my own using steel and casters purchased at Home Depot for about 50.00 and 1 hour of cutting and welding. You could bolt together if you don't weld.

A: Soft non-ferrous metals like aluminum and copper is ok on the lower speed with the correct blade but otherwise, No.
For metal and wood, check out this model.

A: It's optional and difficult to find. The Jet part number appears to be 714101. And I found it online for $80. But I would echo the other posters and suggest that you look at the Kreg Precision Band Saw Fence. Home Depot sells it for $107:
