ordering and receiving were flawless. Excellent Owners Manual: the procedures were easy to follow and illustrations helped. It came with a 3/8 in blade: for my purposes I purchased a TimberWolf 3/4 in blade for Resaw. Again, the procedure for blade change, excellent. Thank you for your services in purchasing this saw.

I love this bandsaw it is awesome. Once i dialed it in it cuts straight and true. I added a rip blade to it also.It cuts straight also.

Haven't finished setup of the saw yet, but I can rate customer service and delivery. One, (I would rate those factors as a zero if I could.)

I am not a band saw expert, but I love this Jet band saw. This is the first band saw I have ever owned. The tool is easy to set up, adjust, remove and change blades..... The instruction manual is clear and accurate as are the cuts, curves and re-saw work I have done over the last 4 weeks. I did extensive research and found the Jet 14DX perfect for my application AND it was on sale! I have added a band saw fence, magnetic gooseneck light, feather board. With 1.25 HP there has been no power issues re-sawing up to 8 inches. The saw has 14" capacity and I am sure this would put a little strain on the motor, but I will probably never need more than 8 inches. I highly recommend this saw for small shop operation; in my case, a garage shop! The saw came package well, no problems unpacking and assembling the saw. It's heavy, so use two people to mount the saw on the cabinet.

Delivery driver did not have my phone number. I live in a rural area and off the beaten path. My road has low hanging limbs and difficult for truck and trailer to maneuver.

Easy to assemble. Plenty of power for the re-sawing I want to do. Guides property adjusted and correct tension on the blade resulted in no band saw drift. Haven't had a chance to put it through all it's paces but it did handle re-sawing 6" wide seasoned apple wood without a problem ( using TIMBERWOLF 105 X 3/8 X 3 TPI).

The saw is working great. There were a few shipping issues such as paint chips and a nice dent at the bottom of the stand. The thing weighs a ton and didn't want to deal with bringing it to the store and waiting for another one. Overall great product.

It's a dream come true to have such a nice band Saw. About 40 years ago I studied fine art and sculpting, and the studio I worked in had a nice band saw. Ever since that day, I dreamed of having one of my own, and this jet fits the bill completely. I did buy brand new blades right off the bat for this, and it saws with such ease and precision that I am very impressed. It cuts wood nimbly and silently and cutting out shapes or straight lines is easily accomplished. I really can't find anything bad to say about this saw. Super happy with it. Like the jet so much actually that a week latter I bought the reciprocating spindle sander to go with it. Both orders came faster than anticipated and everything was packed well and damage free. Definitively will buy from HomeDepot again, since the prices are very competitive and the shipping is free.

Saw is well built. I needed help to set it up due to the weight. The blade that shipped with the saw should be better.

Great product and easy to assemble. The driver who delivered the saw helped pull it into my garage with the pallet jack in the rain. Plus, the shipping was FREE! Thanks! Had the product for about 2 months now.

Excellent machine. Been wanting one for years. Works as advertised.

Great value for resawing. The 1 and 1/4 horse motor may seem too small but with a Lenox carbon tooth saw blade one can easily saw 6" red oak. The blade is .025 width 105 X1/2 and about $170.00.Cast iron frame and table. Roller bearings as guides. Factory alinement on 14" wheels needs no adjustment. Low noise, runs very stable. Great home shop addition.

The saw was easy to assemble with two healthy men. I only wish that it had an option for the fence.

This is my first bandsaw and I have to say this thing is a dream. The resaw capacity is massive, it cuts though everything I throw at it. The setup instructions are ok. I just found a couple youtube vids for blade setup. Works perfectly.

Great machine

Well packaged, arrived with no damage and all parts present and well machined. Heavy to assemble, definately need assistance. Saw runs true, blade guides work well be carefull to tighten them down well. Would recommend this saw.
