          Q:Why is the rough opening dimension in the specifications the same as the window size? The installation instructions say to verify the window is 1/2 inch smaller than the RO.

                  A:  No, this Rough Opening measurement for the casement window will not meet egress. The Rough Opening would have to be 32.75 x 36.75 to meet egress at 5.3 sq ft.
