A:  No, it is not a motion sensor.

A:  These lamps are great. We used sensor lightbulbs that turned on at dusk and off at dawn. I’m not aware if these lamps can be used for motion detection.

A:  These lights are not motion activated and they do not turn on or brighten automatically.

A:  If these lights are the same as the lights that I purchased, they turn on and off at a manual switch

A:  Hey Bill... I just took a look at my lantern... and it does not appear that it can be replaced. Would you happen to have the box it came in, or can you contact the store you purchased it from? Maybe you can research this type of information through that avenue? I honestly never even thought of that issue when I purchase 6 of them--and the pole light as well. Let me know if you find out anything.

A:  I do not believe that there is a Bronze only finish. I think the Bronze/Gold is the only option with this particular brand.

A:  Hello, A bronze has no highlights and the bronze with gold highlights as a little a slight gold tone color. THX

A:  I ordered the lamps on two different occasions and they are identical to my eye.

A:  There is only one type. Home Depot does not have it marked correctly You will not be disappointed with them. They look amazing. I put them all around my house and I simply love them. My electrician decided to Mount them When he installed. It does make them look better. I put led light bulbs in and leave them lit all the time. It creates lots of light for safety and it will help beautify your home. You can see the second photo does not have the backing on yet. But this has the motion sensor in it and I love it.

A:  I went out and measured the two screws mid-point to mid-point on my unit and got 7 cm distance.

A:  Yes we are using led bulbs with ours for 2 years now.

A:  Absolutely I highly recommend, we use 60w equivalent, dimmable quality, on 2 and 80w equivalent on 2 others. We prefer clear, and do have to gently clean off occasionally.

A:  I have three of these lights. The back plate measures 7 3/4” top to bottom and the width at the top is 5”. The lights I have are 15” from top of scroll to bottom. Hope this helps. Chip

A:  Plate size is about 7 1/4" high by 5" wide. And oddly shaped as you can see from photo. Note if you have lapped siding, the light will not be truly vertical. Unless you put a shim under the light mount plate.

A:  Back plate is 7.25 inches in height and 4.25 inches at the top which is the widest width.

A:  Hello, Just remove the 2 screws that hold the frame in place from the top and glass can be cleaned or removed. THX

A:  I just looked at my fixture and it does not appear to be able to be changed out. Possibly contact the manufacturer/distributor to see if they can help you out. Maybe go back to where you purchased them--there may be a contact number they can supply you with.

A:  Hello, You can download the manual on homedepot.com on the right side of the page halfway down. Just put in your sku so that right IM comes up. This will show you how to change it from motion t dusk till dawn. THX

A:  This has a motion sensor--it is located on the top of the globe..you see the metal underneath the hanger. If there is any type of movement going on--even a leaf moving, the light will go on. It is way different then a Dawn to Dusk type of lighting fixture.

A:  How did you make out with the replacement for you fixture? I have had mine since 2017 and I bought 6 at that time. Hope they were able to resolve this issue for you.

A:  I bought three of these lights. The one near my front door has an issue with the sensor and has been like that several months after it was installed. The glass is not cracked but the light turns on when it shouldn't and doesn't turn on when it should. I have not checked into repair or replacement because I hate the thought of being without one in that location, sorry.

A:  Same thing happened to me after one year. If you have any success with warranty, that would be great to hear. Perhaps I will try mine too.
