A: No. You only have about 2" on each end before you encounter the keyhole clip for the screw head coming out of the anchor. 32" is about the limit or else you have to come up with another way of anchoring it o the wall.

A: Yes. I highly recommend using a high quality interior semi-gloss trim paint like "Ultra." The paint on the shelves is sort of satin white.

A: They come in White, Black and Espresso (dark brown). We used the white and espresso - but it would depend on your preferences.
