A: Not sure of the terminology "leg," but if you mean two separate connections for two separate sets of wires/strands, the answer is no: can accept only one, two-stranded low voltage cable, so all lights connected to the unit are either all on, or all off. No separate "station" settings like you can do with a sprinkler controller, for example.
