Q:I installed two of these in my kitchen in 2012. The bulbs finally started burning out last month. After finally finding replacement bulbs I went to change them. The old bulbs won't twist out, the spring tension is insufficient to clear the prongs to slide out, I've tried non conductive lubricant to no avail. The manual has no removal instructions. The lamp sockets appear to have some sort of sliding plastic "lock" ring covering the entrance groove. Any suggestions other than breaking the bulbs?

                      Q:My instructions were missing along with some parts. The instructions on this site is for a different light. Wanting to see the right one to find out what's missing. I believe one of the small decorative nuts that holds the cover on and maybe mounting hardware. Anyway to get the correct instructions? I'm past the 90 days and this isn't carried in store.
