Q:I installed two of these in my kitchen in 2012. The bulbs finally started burning out last month. After finally finding replacement bulbs I went to change them. The old bulbs won't twist out, the spring tension is insufficient to clear the prongs to slide out, I've tried non conductive lubricant to no avail. The manual has no removal instructions. The lamp sockets appear to have some sort of sliding plastic "lock" ring covering the entrance groove. Any suggestions other than breaking the bulbs?
