A:  You will need a computer,phone or tablet and a router connection to be able to view footage from the camera.

A:  All of the above, Foscam has and app, but I use "IP Camera Viewer Pro.

A:  This is not a pan tilt camera, it is fixed. Not sure where you saw this model is pan tilt.

A:  This is a mistake in HD's description, that they seem reluctant to correct.

A:  This is a fixed mount, fixed focus camera. There is no motorized pan/tilt. The 3 axis adjustment is in the mount so you can adjust the field of view to see what you want.

A:  The header is incorrect, it is a fixed camera

A:  Not true. That one is the Foscam FI8905W. This is the Foscam FI9805P.

A:  This model comes with a power adapter, there is another model exactly the same that is POE. The actual voltage of the camera is 12 VDC. Always a good idea to check the manufacturers website, here is what is included. A:  Yes, this unit comes with a power adapter that plugs into a standard 110V outlet.

A:  Yes this requires the power supply to be plugged into a standard 110/120 a/c outlet.

A:  Since this this connects to your WiFi router it can be viewed from anywhere in the world or beyond that has internet access.

A:  As long as you have a connection to the internet you can view the camera anywhere in the world.

A:  Yes, this product can be viewed form a Linux computer from a browser.

A:  Hi there Dave, Unfortunately, Linux will not work with our systems due to the plugins. It would have to be either a Windows or Mac Operating System. If you are able to acquire on of those operating systems, we would be able to configure the camera and set it up on our smart phone or tablet.
