Answer This Question
A: DE, Without knowing your location it is difficult to answer your question. If you live in Minnesota you would need more BTU's than say if you lived in Kentucky or Georgia. With that said we would recommend using a standard hot water heater or small boiler and they would be more efficient than an on demand unit.

Answer This Question
A: Bk,
I do not have a video but do have a photo that may be of help. Please send me your email address and I'll forward it to you. A qualified plumber should have little problem making the connections. An instruction manual comes with the panel.

Q:Can you use this with a 40 Gal water heater?
by|Nov 12, 2017
1 Answer
Answer This Question
A: Yes this can be used with a 40 gallon water heater if the water heater is used for this purpose only. If the water heater will also be used to heat household water modifications would need to be made to the distribution panel. We can customize the panel to meet those needs. You would just need to contact us. 855-265-5455

If not, how close to the system does the manifold need to be?
How close to the water heater does the system need to be?
I cannot expect Home Depot to have any experts for advice. Does this unit come with the manufacture's instructions and customer support?

Answer This Question
A: I'm not sure why our customers don't like to write reviews. I wish they did. When we speak with them they are delighted with the Distribution panels. No it does not come with a manifold, just the items shown in the photo. The manifold should be as close as your installation permits but as a general rule try to stay within 35 feet. The water heater should be within 15 feet if possible. I f would need more information please call 888-265-5455.
