      A:  Andy, the sq. ft. depends on the tubing size and how long the loops are. The max. temp. is 180 degrees. Also please note the distribution panel doesn't actually heat the water.

        A:  We do recommend using a boiler but it may work with what you are using if you can send the specs I could let you know for sure most water heaters are not recommended for space heating

            A:  Most tank less water heaters are not designed to use for heating I would recommend checking with the manufacturer of the heater you are looking at. And they will let you know
