A: yes, but you'll have to apply a weatherproof jacketing around it. Like PVC pipe insulation jacketing, or aluminum. Aluminum jacketing is your best option

A: We used this item to wrap our sewer hoses to the rv. It gets very cold and icy here. We have had no problems with our hoses freezing.
A: This fiberglass pipe insulation is 1/2" thick wall and is only thickness we have.

A: The white cover has a sticky overlap that allows this cover to be held together when being installed. It's been my experience, however, that this will come loose over time and that you should secure the cover with a couple of nylon zip ties.
