Q:How far apart should the 20x20 p ashford panels be spaced on a 138? wall

Answer This Question
A: Thank you for your interest in this product! This is a great question. The space between panels really just comes down to personal preference, how many panels you want, and the dimensions of your specific wall(s). Generally, these panels are spaced between 1" to 5" apart. Because of this, you might consider either six panels or five. If you go with six, the space between panels would be approximately 2.5". If you go with five, the space between panels would be approximately 6.33". This is slightly outside of the standard ranging but could definitely still work. You can play with the spacing a bit, so I would recommend marking your walls according to the quantity you think you would want and to the desired spacing before ordering. Best of luck on your project!

A: I don’t know if Home Depot has a video ( I suspect not). There is no assembly the product comes complete as shown. All you need do is nail it in place and paint.

Q:Could this be used to frame a 18 x 18 canvas painting? What are the inner dimensions?

Answer This Question
A: These are not actual picture frames, this is a panel molding that is open and meant to be installed into a wall.

A: The inside measurement is 16.75 inches by 16.75 inches. The back is flat so I don’t know how you would secure it to the canvas. Also the wainscot is a light foam construction not much strength to hold the canvas tight.

Q:Is this just a frame or is it a solid panel?

Answer This Question
A: These are designed to give the illusion that they are panels. The product itself is a frame, and the wall itself would be the "panel". We have over 50 prefabricated options available and any of our 200+ chair rail molding profiles can be cut to make these types of panels on site.
