These frames are SO easy to use—lightweight & sturdy. I used them in the foyer of my 1850 home. After measuring and marking, I put them up with Loctite, made sure they were level, and added brads using a cheap brad nailer. I also used Ekena Millwork's Emery Chair Rail. My biggest problem was working on a plaster wall that had a curve to it. The angle where the chair rail turned a corner was impossible to meet using only a miter box, but I made it work (lots of caulk).

I ordered 3 and 2 were CUT very crooked. This was not due to shipping. Would not buy again online.

These are fabulous! I have never done a project like this. I put the panels in my dining room and they look great. I used small finishing nails and didn’t have to pre-drill holes. The frames are somewhat flexible which helped with laying flat against walls. I highly recommend!

These are light weight, and before they made it to the wall, I was afraid that someone would step on them and break them. But they made it to the wall in one piece. However, one of the items arrived with a dark brown smudge on it. We had to cut one of the frames to fit around an air vent anyhow, so the one with the smudge was the one that got cut. Smudge gone! Also, I loved that this was easy to cut with a hand saw. I attached them to the wall using caulk, and I had to hold them in place for a while so they would stay. At one point, I walked away from the project and came back to see that the frame had slid a quarter of an inch down the wall from where I'd originally had it marked. So I pushed it back into place and held it in place with a thumb tack under the frame. They're dry and look perfect! I love the end result.

The quality of these parts was beyond what I was expecting, right down to the packaging to insure they arrived undamaged.

Great time & labor saving

I ordered 24 of these. I did ship to store. They were packed 2 per box and then in a larger box. All were flat. No warping or damage. There were two that were slightly smaller than the rest but not noticeable on the wall. Glued these to the wall with gorilla glue and painted. Looks great!

Used as picture frames in my bathroom. I stenciled on 2 walls and used these as picture frames after I spray painted them.

I’m a lay person… no experience with power tools. I used the Ekena MillworkAshfordMolded Classic Wainscot wall panel with excellent results!

We purchased different sizes of the Ashford Molded Classic Wainscot Wall Panel, Primed White for our dining room. They were easy to attach to the wall and because the lower half of our walls are white, we didn't even have to paint them. My husband did have to go around with a little white caulk to fill in any gaps due to our walls not being perfectly straight, and they finished off the room perfectly. Be sure to measure first and order the sizes that you need.

Finally received after a lengthy back order. They are very well made and would have been perfect for our project if they had come in on time. Unfortunately, they were very delayed and we ended up cutting our own from in stock products...For a much lower cost. It would have been much faster and simpler with these if we didn't have the tools to knock it out during our reno. I would consider them for other quick projects if they came in on time. I did notice they will dent easily, so probably not good for a high use area.
