Q:My tile shower is 43" wide at the bottom and runs to a 43 5/8" at top, what do you suggest for a door?

A: Geeko, the Mirage door that you have listed here is not a good choice for your opening. You need a door with some out of plumb adjustability. A sliding door will not work for you as your opening is a little small to accomodate a slider and have a nice sized area to walk through. One of our pivot or hinged doors may work for you, if your room can accommodate the door swing. A: being that the wall is that far out of plumb, i would either recommend a custom glass panel that would be cut to accommodate the out of plumb, or either a nice curtain. any doors that are on rails majority of the time wouldn't be able to be racked that far to seal properly
