A:  Unfortunately, we do not offer thicker glass for the Encore model and it is only available in 5/16" thick glass. The 5/16" thick glass is high-quality tempered glass and it is still very heavy. The satin black and oil-rubbed bronze hardware finishes are warrantied for 1 year because they are a powder coat finish (chrome and brushed nickel are plated metal). A:  The Encore shower door has an adjustable width range and it will fit a finished opening that is anywhere between 56" - 60". This specification is the installed dimension, so it includes all components (glass & hardware). The finished and installed height of the Encore will be 76". A:  The door won't work if your floor is not leveled...the water will either leak from the bottom if you put them too high...or the door will break if they rub against the floor

A:  All DreamLine shower doors require a level threshold for installation. If your threshold is not level, we do not recommend ordering this shower door. This model has adjustment for walls that are out-of-plumb, but does not have any adjustments for a non-level threshold. A:  The Encore shower door is a bypass sliding shower door, meaning that both doors will slide and "bypass" each other. We recommend sliding the inside door over to the same side as your showerhead so that there is not a gap for water to spray through. A:  For a different glass option such rain glass, this would have to be custom-made. To get a quote for custom glass, please go to your local Home Depot and have a rep from the store email all your specifications and dimensions over to our Custom Glass Team to request a quote. Once they have the request, the Custom Glass Team will return the quote back to Home Depot within 1-2 business days for you to consider. A:  Unfortunately, none of DreamLine's shower door products are ADA compliant and we cannot guarantee that they will be compatible on any type of special ADA compliant roll-in shower base. This model has a bottom rail which would be an obstruction to any type of wheelchair use and the surface the rail would install on must be solid - it cannot be rubber. A:  The door needs to sit on something so a threshold of some size would be needed
