A:  This mortising kit Winn not work will all drill presses. If the top of the press where you might attach this kit rotates with the chuck, then no it will not work. You need to have a round surface above the chuck to anchor the kit.

    A:  Greg Just got you question in answering another question for another gentlemen. The smallest reading I could get from testing the shim spacers was 65.3mm. You could have another shim spacer made but the could get expensive very quickly unless you know somebody with a metal lathe. Of course you probably don't need my answer by now anyway.

          A:  Hello KW54, The kit is only compatible with drill presses with specific quill diameters. Those being quill diameters of 66mm, 50.8mm, 48mm and 38mm. Looking at Ryobi's site I found only one drill press, model DP102L. I contacted the manufacturer with the specs of this Ryobi press and was informed they were incompatible. Only presses with the specific quill diameters will work. I hope this helps. Cheers, Chris

          A:  Hi Corbinc4, if you have a RIDGID model DP1550 drill press, the Delta Mortising kit will work. The Delta Mortising Kit fits a 66 MM Quill diameter. The RIDGID model DP1550 drill press has a 66MM Quill diameter.

          A:  Yes! It comes with 1/4 in., 5/16 in., 3/8 in. and 1/2 in. mortising chisels and bits. Same as the set Home Depot sells for $69.
