A:  No, just inches and feet. Other 16' Tape Measures at HD do. Personally, I like the easiness of reading this tape measure which is in part, due to having displaying one scale.

A:  Home Depot usually honors most any warranty in my experience. With it being so "new" I would presume they would just replce it for you. Worth a try anyways. Hope this helps.
