Answer This Question
A: You can only get a level and plumb line. Laser will not point straight up, e.g. a point from floor to ceiling.
by|Jan 19, 2021
A: There are two buttons on the side of the laser. one goes horizontal and the other goes vertical. You just choose the way you want to level. Or both.

A: When trying to get Laser level magnet to hold to the drywall wall corner bead, keep hands close to the laser level until the magnums actually grab. Laser may fall into your hands a couple of times, depending on the corner bead. This laser is light enough there shouldn’t be a problem grabbing. This DeWalt laser doesn’t do well shooting down at close range. Horizon is fine at any range. If one wants to shoot the vertical laser on a stud, then the laser has to be perpendicular to the TV wall. Metal door jams work great. If you have a camera tripod use that, put the tripod in a small table to elevate it if you have to.
