A:  I have only had my for 1 year and I can not notice any fading.

A:  Yes, they are fade resistant.

A:  These are vinyl, and the color dye is mixed right in to the polymer. The naming of their colors is not linked necessarily to any paint brand nor color. The naming standards of colors are their own. You'd have to bring a shutter to HD to have them color match it. It won't be 100%, but we were able to get some stain for a door that was pretty darn close, like 96%.

A:  Never weighted one but I'd estimate 2 lbs.

The closest we have to 65" and 47" in height are Internet #202517390 which are 64" in height and Internet #202517390 which are 48" in height. If you need 65" and 47" exactly, you would need to speak with a professional in the Door and Window Department of your local Home Depot to see what special order options are available. A:  what is your problem? you may not get them exactly 47" tall, but get to the next to the closest to 47" not going over 47" cause it will look a bit off if you put a shutter on taller than the shutter. the width can be over the width of 12" unless you have another window next to it that will cause the shutter to overlap each other. you cant cut the shutters to your size. you must get to the closest height without going over the height of the window and can go wider than 12" if it dont overlap another window.

A:  No they are fixed shutters solely for looks only. Nice to dress up window but that's about it
