A:  I WISH we could just order the color samples and not have to CALL home depot. We should be able to click on the colors we are interested in and then we are sent a color chip. We shouldn't have to CALL HOME DEPOT's nightmare phone tree and be on hold, etc, etc.....I am interested in the 2 different blue colors of shutters. It is impossible to tell what color it really is. And I'm guessing this is a common problem/request others have as well. Please make it easy for your customers and bump this complaint up the chain to whoever is likely to make a change. Thank you.

A:  4 for up to a certain height then i think and anything over that will be 6. you will receive 6 screws per shutter with all shutters short shutters and all or at least i did.

A:  Builders Edge standards shutters are available in 12 and 14 1/2 inch. We have custom sizes availabe in multiple sizes but the closest to your request would be either 14 1/2 or our custom 16 1/2. Custom size shutters can be ordered at your local Home Depot store.
