A: If the ceiling is accessible, installing a fan in the ceiling and venting out the soffit is possibly an easier solution. The wall vent fan can be tricky to install depending on the exterior of the house.

A: This fan just recirculates the air and does not vent anywhere. I would say yes it can. Motor and electrical connections can be gotten yo from the room.

A: Yes, the unit is self-contained and vents in and out through a charcol filter from the bathroom area. You will need a stud to attach the unit to and a 120 volt supply line.
