Simple to install in either the ceiling or wall with the patented snap-in mounting, this fan is best utilized in half baths or other rooms where humidity is not a concern.

To install the Grille, you should only need to squeeze grille springs and insert them into slots in motor plate. then push grille against ceiling or wall. A:  The 682NT is a non-duct fan. We would recommend that you contact a local licensed electrician or contractor to be certain you are in compliance with your local/state codes.

A:  This fan only circulates the air through an activated charcoal filter and discharges it back into the room. It doesn't really do anything to reduce the humidity.

A:  We would need more information about your existing unit to determine a replacement model. Model 682NT is a Ductfree Fan that does not exhaust to the outdoors, the air recirculates into the room.
