A:  It has a place on the back of the holder for a screw. You have to put a screw in the wall. That's what the instructions tell you to do, but you can tape it to the wall with masking tape, which works better and you don't have to patch a hole in the wall.

A:  Thank you for your question. The wall holder can be placed onto a screw head slightly projected out of a wall or the wall holder can be mounted to a 1/4" thread tripod.

A:  Yes it attaches with adhesive strips that hold it firmly in place and after you are done they remove easily by pulling on them. And there are pins that you can use to attach it to a wall that leave only 2 very tiny holes. There is also a keyhole screw mount too as well as a magnet.

A:  The GLL1P will project a single laser line or a point for leveling and alignment applications. The line will project up to 16 feet and the point up to 65 feet.

A:  Remember this is an indoor laser level and the laser dot is red. I just tested it at 40ft and the dot was clearly visible in normal room lighting. If one were to dim the lights I bet this could easily go 60ft. or more
