Answer This Question
A: It’s just like any other flush valve for a 2-piece toilet. You take the tank off. Disconnect the trip lever from the chain. Unscrew the nut at the bottom of the tank that is holding on the existing flush valve. Remove the old flush valve and put the new one in its place. Screw the nut onto it on the underside of the tank. Then re-attach the trip lever to the chain and put the tank back on the bowl.

Answer This Question
A: The rough is the meaurement from the center of the toilet drain to the finished wall. To take this measurement while the existing toilet is still installed, the distance from the floor bolts of the toilet to the finished wall (less the baseboard) will assist you in determining the proper rough in toilet your will require.
