A:  This unit takes a standard round front seat. Any wooden seat that we offer would fit.

A:  The 2386 is a 14" toilet and the 2384 is a 12" rough in unit.

A:  This toilet from rim to floor stands 15", depending on the seat that you put on the bowl it will add an additional 1 1/2" to 2" to the height.

A:  The Aquaguard Liners are a type of Styrofoam that is glued onto the tank sides and bottom. The Styrofoam holds in the cold water, but also keeps the outside of the tank at the same moderate room temperature, limiting the amount of condensation that will form on the outside of the tank. These tanks are especially handy in warmer climate areas, or in rooms that have variations in temperatures. Our liners reduce condensation, but do not entirely eliminate it. Just as placing iced tea in a plastic cup would cause a lot of condensation, and the Styrofoam only a little, using an Aquaguard liner may not eliminate the sweating, but significantly reduces the condensation that would occur without using it.

A:  Sounds as if you have a clog in your water lines or in your venting system.

A:  Are there two problems? Bowl not draining and flush not working? Bowl not draining: Can test bowl with a 5 gallon bucket of water. Check for blockage in bowl trap. Anything more than that (blocked waste or vent pipe, wax seal) would need higher level of expertise. Flush problem: Remove tank lid to check flushing mechanism. Try lever to see if arm was restricted by the lid. Is lever arm chain attached to tank flap? Lift the flap. If little or no water gets to the bowl, then there is blockage between tank & bowl.

A:  The bowl height is 15" and the overall height to the top of the tank is 29-1/8".
