          Q:Can i get a beam shorter than 12’? If not, are they easy to cut? What Type of saw would we us to cut the beam?

          A:  Thanks for your inquiry. They very easy to cut. They can be cut with a fine teeth hand saw. They are made of Hard foam - polyurethane. All beams are shipped full lengths (12.75 feet long)

            A:  Thanks for your inquiry. Yes, 2 other stained finishes are available for this size. Model 5APD10006 Dark Walnut & Model 5APD10772 (Medium Oak) all available from Home Depot.

              A:  Thanks for your inquiry. Our modern faux beams might not exactly match. However, if you use our Unfinished faux beams, it is best to join them, cover the seams the gaps with caulk, sand it then finish with your desired color either by using Gel Stain or water base stain.

                  A:  Thanks for your inquiry. For Exterior applications it is recommended to use "UV" protecting clear coat. We suggest "Zar" oil based exterior polyurethane. Also it is recommended to us a high quality construction adhesive along with non corrosive screws or non corrosive nails.
