Questions and Answers for Agri-Fab 130 lb. Push Broadcast Salt Spreader

A:  Apparently not.....I tried several ways but could not find it in assembled form

A:  Unknown. I had to order it online and didn’t inquire. It takes a little bit of time and lots of parts but not bad.

A:  Ours came disassembled but it only took about 20-30 minutes to put together. Pretty simple, just follow directions.

A:  No, but you can go into the store and get assistance.

A:  Topsoil is too thick for the spreader to distribute properly so I'd say no as far as that goes. You can try it but I don't think any spreader will spread topsoil.

A:  Dear Islander - Agri-Fab appreciates your interest in the 130 lb push spreader for your lawn care needs. This spreader is designed for dry applications such as ice melt, fertilizer and grass seed. Wet products such as top soil will clog the spreader causing damage.

A:  Thank you for your interest in Agri-Fab's 130 lb. broadcast spreader. Agri-Fab recommends using an ice melt in our spreaders due to the corrosive nature of salt. However, if you wish to use a sand /salt mixture please make sure the sand is very dry as wet sand will cause clumps and block the spreader. In addition please thoroughly clean your spreader after using salt.

A:  Yes, the opening is 1" x 3" and will distribute a lot of product.
