I made my first visit to this store yesterday, and I was SO impressed by the employees. I was also very happy to see so many women employed in departments I shop a lot, such as the lumber department. Ask for KJ, she'll give you top notch service!

Although this is a smaller Hope Depot store, the personnel are great and very helpful. I wish the store was larger so they could stock more items.

The staff here helped me with a online order that needed to be delivered from a local store he went above and beyond what the average employee does and I will always remember that thanks home depot for having a employee like Doug hes awesome

The Windham Home Depot store is wonderfully staffed, by friendly, helpful people, but sometimes the staff needs to know their own huge store better, its layout and offerings. I asked for window glazing and went to two different corners of the store, at the staff's direction. Also, the store has wonderful items, but sometimes the teaser displays are not well tended and are half empty. That gives the store a bit of a forlorn look, which is misleading. This store has everything you need for home repairs and improvements, but you do have to let the staff know what your needs are. Thank you Home Depot!

Employees are unprofessional and lack motivation to provide quality customer service; experienced in multiple visits to this store.

Almost impossible to reach the store via phone. Very little to no help by associates. The cashiers are very nice but only a select few understand the "Pro" system. Many employees wandering around but seldom are you asked if you need help. I am FORCED to patronize this location because it is the only show in town.

Leslie in kitchens is fantastic. Knows what she is doing. Lindsey in appliances also great! knows her products and if she doesn't will find out the answer for you and get back to you. WOW!!! Love Windham Home Depot, employees are so helpful.

The Noth Windham Home Depot has a good selection of good products at fair prices--sometimes really good prices. The staff people are friendly and helpful; the 7 day a week and evening hours are also really helpful.

I think its 10years now that Home Depot located a store in North Windham. I recognize that its a small big box and that they are 7-10000 SKUs shy of the big stores; however, they make up for that in friendliness, customer help and general affability. For me there are a couple of go-to people in specific areas. Overall its close and a first stop looking for building /hardware.

Windham is a small population area. Customers expect to be treated as neighbors, which many of the store associates are. Emphasizing the importance of treating each costumer in a neighborly way creates good will and contributes to a positive shopping experience. I have found the assistance that has been offered or solicited meets this standard; good people and good training.

The North Windham Home Depot is the best store anywhere for all your building/remodeling needs! ALL the employees, in their signature orange aprons, are eager to help, our find someone who can, even for a novice remodeler!

Everyone is very kind and always helps me with my home project needs. Scott helped me cut plywood to make floating shelves. He was super nice and so efficient with his cuts that I didn’t have to buy the second piece of plywood that I was planning to buy (cut my project spending by 30%). His cuts were also perfectly straight and to the dimensions I requested (20 different cuts out of one 8’x4’). I love this Home Depot and always return because of employees like Scott.

Great customer service. The staff skills are high, especially in the plumbing, electrical and bathroom departments. When requesting assistance to load the car never an issue. Individual available with little to no wait time and happy to assist. Keep up the good work.

I work right next door to a Home Depot, yet I travel 30 min. to my home plus another 15 min. to Windham, just to shop at this Home Depot. The employees are helpful and friendly...and available!!! I've never had a bad experience here. The store is clean, parking is plentiful and if you call, someone always answers!!

This store is well-stocked and the associates are very friendly and helpful.

The store does not stock the same products as other Home Depot stores and it is hard to find a helpful associate (although I have found them there).

Our experience was the easiest one we have had in recent visits. We were immediately helped with a very knowledgeable salesman who explained the available options, as well as helpful tips and suggestions for an easier installation.
