Extremely busy in flooring but this lady come out of a back area and I needed some blinds cut. I had different sizes for rooms in my house and she helped with the options.

In this crazy time we’re living in, I appreciate the customer service from the MANAGER Timbra gave in the paint department! Had some projects I’ve been working on and ran into to issues with removing spray paint off my floors. And she recommended “GOO GONE” for me to use and that it wouldn’t be harmful or damage my flooring. And she was right... Thank you

Bought an item for curbside pickup. It was obviously used and had missing parts.

Thank you pattikay and Frankie for helping me with my purchase of the 12ft vantage carpet. These two associates went above and beyond by removing carpet from the storage area and placing it on the roll for the to cut what I needed . I truly appreciate that because unlike other places I have been to if it wasn’t on the shelves they wouldn’t look for it but pattikay did. So thank you.

Nickole was very friendly and efficient on checking me out. Star and Marlena provided amazing customer service in the back and made sure to contact me as soon as a freezer was available. Timbra was very professional and polite and taking me to the appliance department when I asked which department the freezers were in.

Great Service and clean and neat

This store is not in my neighborhood, its near where my son lives and I was visiting him and he needed to buy some paint and supplies to paint with and I need to buy some portable fencing for my dogs so i went with him.....store was very busy but we had no problem finding help when we needed it......I stated I would probably never go back to this store, well, yeah.....its 20 miles away from my house and I have 2 Home Depots just a couple of miles north and then south of me.

The store was very clean, neat, and organized. I was greeted at the front door. During check out, the cashier DeAngelo gave excellent customer service. I had a great shopping experience. I will be returning to this Home Depot for All my home improvement shopping.

Very clean store

Customer service was too slow. Had to go to the customer service desk after waiting over 10 minutes for someone to help me. Most of the workers were just standing around on chill or wandering the store bored. When I went to self-checkout, I stood in line over 5 minutes before someone came to help me. No one acknowledged me or said anything to me the whole entire time I was at self-checkout. Customer service was at an all-time low. Most of the workers ignored me as I wandered the store trying to get help. The last time I went customer service was 10x better and a night and day difference. What happened? If the workers don't want to be at work, don't force them to work. Send them home and get people who want to work. Self-checkout was a joke. Three women that had zero customer service skills, rude, and sassy. When I signaled for help, they simply walked away.

The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. We shop here often and it's a great store!

Kevin, Evan, Roy and the woman who introduced me to Kevin. They are professional and represent core beliefs required to keep a store running and growing: great customer service. Promote them, give them a raise, give them tangible commendation for positively affecting your bottom line. They made a sale. All handled something beyond their control with a positive attitude, creating a positive experience and a repeat customer.

The store was stocked and well organized.

If you buy an appliance -oven, stove, etc. make sure you purchase it from an appliance department employee NOT a flooring department worker who doesn’t know anything about installation protocol. There were NO appliance department employees working at the time.

Store smelled like fresh wood and ivory, just what I needed after a long and stressful day at court. Staff was very friendly, fast and efficient. Understood my needs and was able to connect with my on a more personable level. Kudos.

The product had to be special order I was help by this nice young lady that place the order and made sure it was the rite product she was very helpful and friendly

This particular store is always very clean and well stocked with the products they sell. Additionally, if you need assistance with something you cannot handle, the store employees are always willing to assist.

Employees and all Team members are very professional and knowledgeable about the products. If anyone not sure they make sure you see the right person to amswer your question. You do not have to walk all over the store looking for something before you find someone to see if they have it or not. They also make sure that do you need any extra items you may not have mention that you need to finish your project
