Great Service

Well organized , neat store. Knowledgeable ,helpful associates.

This is a wonderful store...but however; all HD stores oftentimes have a staff storage. I dont like having to look for someone to help me especially when I am in a hurry.

This store is consistently friendly and helpful. All the employees actually help people and available to make your buying experience better. One thing, I do like, if an employee does not know the answer, he or she will find someone who does.

You need more employees in the early evenings that will do their job. Not hide out somewhere.

Never been completely ignored when asking for help loading lumber onto a trailer. We were completely ignored when asking for help face to face with employees and still ignored when a supervisor asked those same 2 to help us. Supervisor just walked away. Finally someone came along from outside and offered to help. Bless him! He wasn’t even asked, just took it upon himself to offer. It was hot, and I understand, but it really bothers me to be completely ignored by employees and supervisors. Don’t intend to return!!

Excellent service

Chris and Curtis were extremely helpful when I purchased a wicker loveseat. They located the item in the store, help me check out and loaded my trunk, making sure it was securely tied down. Thank you both for going above and beyond. I am enjoying the loveseat every day.

over all shop home depot due to location , have what want in store or online , isle can be crowded at times with displays .

The staff and availability of products is great. All OUTSTANDING. My one concern/complaint is the displays that take up most of the room in the isles. Most of the time you cannot see most of the items for sale...because you are tooooooo busy trying to navigate around people/products just to get to what you are looking for. You placed a generator ad video/monitor in an already crowded isle...so when folks stop to to watch the video...your either blocked by them, items crammed in the middle of the isles...or other folks coming your way...also trying to avoid the "BOTTLENECK". SO, instead of folks looking at what you offering in the isle displays...you miss most of it, because you trying to get you/your cart/and merchandize around the 'HURTLES". MUCH TOOOOO CROWDED

I ask one employee who was not in the department, about a item in another department and He went out of his way to answer my questions.

Isles are often closed while employees chat, items are not always in stock, and personnel are terse, seemed troubled or irritated to stop stocking shelves and assist customers, and rarely have the necessary knowledge regarding where items are located, much less specific information regarding how to use/repair/etc. the various topics required/expeced by this type of store.

Have been a loyal customer of this store for several years. Good prices, good product selection and good associates. An associate by the name of Laurella was very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to outdoor plants and gardening. She helped me with some serious plant issues and I was abled to save my plants, trees and bushes of 20 years. Thank You H.M.

Continuous lack of employee presence in most departments. Requires an adjustment in expectations when shopping at this store.

Always great walking in the door and being greeted, especially by JB. Store is always clean. Great prices and knowledgeable sales staff and usually great cashiers.

Customer Service is the absolute best at this store. The store is clean and well-laid out. Associates are easy to find throughout the store, always helpful and quite knowledgeable.
