The workers are always eager to help-even if they have to stop what they are doing. The cashiers and return cashiers are always positive and helpful.

The store is clean, organized, inviting and well managed. The GM, Natasha actually assisted and retrieved a cart for me. I call that a genuine leader. cm

Doing a great job during this crazy time of COVID-19. The store is really clean and everyone is observing the 6-foot space. I was able to find everything I was looking for and the associates were very helpful and friendly.

Store clean and a little cluttered in the aisles. Propane gas purchases require an associate so if you need propane make sure you are done because they'll have to call someone, still! Can't find a linoleum knife, no one in paint seems to know what that is!

Employees it’s so friendly n fast answers

I shop at this Home Depot often because I live near here. The employee turnover is low and it’s great to see familiar smiling faces each time I come. On Dec 24 I had a very complex delivery order. I did not know my pro rewards number or anything Araceli was very patient Amist all the changes, material look ups, bid room, extra stuff being added etc. My contractor and I was highly unorganized but she was patient and seen us through to the end!

I like the store's display. It is easy to find the items in the aisle and I got immediate assistance when needed. The associate was very helpful.

Squared away store with lots of available employees to help you out. One even spent ten minutes with me helping me on my project. The employees don't try and avoid you either.

Home Depot is my favorite DIY store. I almost always find what I need, and I can usually ask someone to help me find what I need. The associates are friendly and helpful. The store is clean, and I can take my pet if I so desire.

Really disappointed with this store. We went to purchase a washer and dryer and explained we needed ours to be stacked. When ordering the employee wasn’t knowledgeable and didn’t make sure we had everything we needed before checking out. By the time we found out we were 3 days from delivery and they basically told us there’s nothing we can do besides cancel the order and reorder everything, and wait even longer to get our units. Went to Lowe’s and purchased the same units, with everything needed, got it for 100.00 cheaper and are getting it delivered next day. Will definitely not come back to Home Depot for future projects.
